I recently visited and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The moment I walked in, before I even started browsing, a staff member rudely told me not to ârip throughâ a section they had just folded. I found this completely uncalled for since I hadnât even touched the display or begun looking at anything.
As a paying customer, I expect to feel welcome when entering a store, not made to feel like an inconvenience. I understand the importance of keeping things tidy, but addressing customers in such a presumptuous and dismissive tone is unnecessary and unprofessional.
