Typically I had good experiences here with the gentlemen that used to help me always greeting me with a smile and making me feel welcomed. Today I had the complete opposite experience with a lady I haven't seen before. Must be newer from the last year.. she wasn't even the clerk helping me but decided to interrupt us and micromanage the person helping me telling me my box wasn't allowed and laughed at me when I was confused on why telling me to buy a box from the girl or get one from the wall.. I ignored her rudeness at first and asked what the difference in the wall boxes vs the one the lady sells were and the rude lady over spoke the lady helping me again saying umm the prices are shown on the wall (ignoring her customer she should have been helping) I replied to her and said "is there a reason you're being so rude to me" and she said she wasn't so I informed her she was coming off very rude and I didn't appreciate it. Decided to finally leave after feeling embarrassed for being talked to like that infront of other customers and quite honestly just didn't want to go off on the woman from my anger building up from her rude service. Never experienced anything like that there before. I am a customer not an employee. No need to treat me like I should know the shipping Bible guidelines for every box. Read moreWould do 0 stars if I could..guy last night (9/21)was as little helpful as possible to help with a funeral program..called day before and a guy told me..no problem..just bring in what you want on each page and we will help you with layout so it can be printed. I got in town 2 hours before closing and headed over ..I told guy last night what I was told day before and he just pointed me to a pay by the minute terminal..asked him questions-vague as possible answers-he cheerfully reminded me they close in 20 minutes at closing time...I have one day to get this done..asked him for recommendation of a shop next day to help me...he told me to use Google...he is not the guy I would have working at Fedex..he is good at ringing people up...0 for helping customer with a layout that they could have printed 100 copies of...he seemed to get joy out of watching me get nothing done..and paying by the minute to do it! Luckily I reached Jay at Copy & Print Center...saved the day this morning. He said "No Problem,we do that all the time..bring in your things and we'll put it together for you in a couple hours"..They did a fantastic job with a quick turn-around..people were going in and out of their shop all day....don't even waste your time with Fedex Office to print something for you!..use them to laminate a card or send a fax- that's the extent of...
Read moreEither 2 Burlington WA, FedEx facilities are the worst shipping I have ever had in my life. Most inept staff I have ever communicated with. When your tracking says that your package is at this facilities Aka (any of the 2). Expect it to sit there for at least 5-9 days before you receive it... and that's if you receive it at all... so because of my location. I would not recommend anyone in the Skagit Valley or north Snohomish county. Use Fedex as your shipping service. I'm sure there are good facilities out there. That actually care enough to do a good job at there job. Mt.Vernon facility I do not know enough about, but I haven't had a problem with them yet. Burlington get your S* together.
Update on latest problem. Most recent package... says delivered. I have a Surveillance system. No they didn't. I called fedex and told them my tracking number and that I do not have a package. they told me the tracking number I gave them was for some other person with a different address that lives in my city. They can't say anything else... absolutely worthless. This is after it sat in Burlington facility for 8 days. Now the claims...
