Very Dissatisfied with my experience at Burlington location. Typically I take my business to the Mount Vernon Location where my over all purchasing experiences has been pleasant. Looking at my experience at this Burlington Location, it is clear I was being racially profiled. Upon check out it is standard they ask to "flash them their I.D. for the cameras". I oblige by this and show my Tribal I.D. in solidarity, which I always use. After putting away my Identification I was asked for further identification by way of my medical card. My medical information is already in your system. This is a violation of Washington States laws regarding tribal I.D's - I'm certain this is a violation of HIPAA or PHI - I could be mistaken on that. Your employees need to be trained and educated on the people they serve and the First Nations land you have built your small franchise upon. When paying I was told I need to leave and given no context whatsoever other than I needed to leave now. Shocked I called and the manager told me there’s a note saying they need to call security and the police and that on or around January 20th he inputted this note. Obviously this is a mistake and I share a name with a guy in Everett who stabbed someone. Trying to explain myself once I connected the dots the manager told me I was lucky that he didn’t call the cops and that I am still banned from all Floyd’s locations until further notice. They lie and scam their products. I’ve received multiple products from them that have been tampered with. They tell you on their website and in person that their products THC levels are higher than what the products label says. I ordered two joints for pick up, from Floyd’s in Burlington and I was told their THC content when I grabbed the bag but their labels tell me that I have been lied to. For example a jar of weed had the seal broken off and a gram worth of bud was missing when given to me from Mount Vernon Floyd’s dispensary.
