So, the sales guy is what made this work, not the company, and unfortunately he does not work in sales any more so... not ideal. We have one ($20k + unit) unit from these guys, they did get the design right, and the sales guy went above and beyond to make sure it was accurate. we appreciate his efforts. It took alarmingly long to build, the delivery was smooth though. My biggest complaint is that the joists in the walls and under the loft don't meet, there is half inch gap in multiple locations which degrades the stability of the unit and the strength of the loft, after this we spent an additional 5gs to improve it after arrival. so the craftmanship/quality control left much to be desired for the price tag. For "economy workmanship" I would expect a economy price but that is most certainly not the case. it sure looks pretty on the outside though, but no one over 145lbs is going in the loft without praying first that it says there. Pros: looks nice sales guy (who doesn't work in sales anymore) went above and beyond to install custom doors. Delivery was smooth and the guys were knowledgeable and carful and helpful floor and siding is neat and has no gaps or missing pieces or glaring errors

cons: Looks like kids at the high school might have built the framing in it at the shop, many nails are bent and not properly put in(not holding anything) and several 2x4s are gouged and missing large pieces of wood compromising their integrity (2nds maybe?) many places where the framing meets do not meet and have 1/2 gaps compromising the strength.

conclusion: for a good price its okay for a high price its not great- so I paid too...

Our 8’X10’ shed with loft was delivered in December 2023 and we couldn’t be happier. We appreciated the convenience of looking through and comparing the models available at the show yard in Bellingham. Our salesperson was excellent. We were impressed with the solid materials and workmanship used. For a small additional fee, they matched the color of our house when painting the shed. We purchased the metal ramps and use them several times a day. Delivery and installation were efficient, and because it was in December, we received the lovely shed only a few weeks after ordering. Our shed contains more tools and materials than we ever thought it would, while still being organized. Our garage can fit our vehicles again! The shed looks great and we frequently receive compliments on it. We highly recommend Heritage...

Our portable structure from Heritage in Burlington, WA is beautiful to look at, soundly and wonderfully constructed, and was MUCH more affordable than building such a structure ourselves could have been. It was delivered fully built to our property--on an ISLAND--down a long, very steep, windy gravel driveway, and along an even windier, and thickly forested dirt road, and set up solidly and levelly onsite with virtually magical skill and speed. Our Heritage liaison, Matt, was consistently friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, amazingly competent, and unbelievably helpful from first contact through delivery. Sound like a fake review? Well, sorry/not sorry: but from beginning to end this was simply the most enjoyable and satisfying commercial interaction I have had with anyone I can think of for any reason in...
