Frustrating over the phone call. Trying to give her my account number, have the card right in front of me, couldn’t locate the account. She acted like I was a shady customer since we finally found it under my fiancé’s name (he opened the account). Volume was extremely low so hard to even hear and had to strain to hear the conversation. She also cut me off several times. The Country Store in Burlington is one of my go-to spots. I come here for propane, dog food, and it’s the only place around where I can pick up canning supplies without fighting through an obnoxious crowd. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I specifically asked for 1/2" by 1" cage wire, they said they didn't have it after checking. So we went with 1" by 1". They tried to cut the wire short of when I paid for, luckily we were watching what they were doing and corrected them. To find out the dos have 1/2" by 1" cage wire. They rolled the wire very loosely and it wouldn't fit so we had to unroll the wire and refill it ourselves to make it fit. As they stood there watched us and chuckled. Horrible...
