I purchased uniforms online for my child over 39 days ago.I was informed that because some of the items required logos, there would be an even longer Delay because of embroidering).I finally emailed and asked because of the delay,could I be sent any non-logo items separately.(Why this is not offered upfront does not make sense butâŚcapitalism)because my kid had a growth spurt.The customer sales rep agrees and states that that my non-logo items will ship and Iâll receive a notice in 24 hours Next day,I see a charge from Landâs End and Iâm confused because I made my original purchase over a month ago.Surely I wouldnât be charged for my same order(that I have yet to receive) again?Still no notice that my items have shipped.I chat with customer service again & the lovely rep informs me that my original charge was just a credit card authorization for my order and theyâre just gonna charge me whenever they get around to sending me my stuff.So to be clear.Over a month ago,I placed an order for my child for uniforms that she may well have grown out of and that I have yet to receive and youâll get around to charging me Whenever you send it?đ This company should not be selling uniforms anymore if they donât have the staff to make this happen.I understand lean work forces because of the Covid pandemic but there is reasonable and there is not.And this...
   Read moreI order from them a lot and always find myself wanting to check out their website after receiving their catalog. However, itâs crazy how you can get the catalog then immediately go to the website and the item is either sold out completely or not even available in the search. You need to put in the exact name of the item or you will not find it. For example: searching bikini bottoms will not show all bikini bottoms as expected. That specific striped one that you happen to be looking for will not be displayed. Itâs so hard to find anything on their website, shipping costs are painfully archaic and the price on the same item is different depending how you search for it. Iâve actually searched for the same item on lands end several different ways and got multiple prices on it. Naturally I chose the least expensive option but come on! Please make your system more user friendly!
Also want to add that the shipping is painful. You place an order, then not get an order confirm until 2 days later that theyâre working on it. 4 days and still hasnât shipped yet? Then when they do finally ship, itâs like UPS Ground that takes another 5 days. I get things from China...

She was extremely rude to us when we were just minding our own business and said to us that we should have went to a real entrance so that we wouldnât have to be spoken to.
