Mike and the Lippa's team went above and beyond to find and bring in diamonds for us to look at and different designs for our engagement ring. The diamonds were far superior than other diamonds we've looked at and the prices are excellent. Mike was attentive and responsive to all our needs, and he makes everyone feel like they are his main priority--it's a truly great shopping experience, especially for pieces of jewelry that are large investments. I can't speak highly enough about our engagement ring experience and the quality of the diamonds.

While looking for an anniversary gift for my wife online, I found the perfect necklace at Lippa's!! so I bought it! When I called and asked how late they were open, I found out they would be closed by the time I got there. They asked what time I could get there. I told them I had a dinner reservation across the street at Leunigs for 5 and wouldn't be able to get there in time. I told them they could just ship it to me and charge me for it. They told me they would bring it over to the restaurant ! Which they did! I thanked him for going above and beyond to help me out. When we resumed our meal the waitress came over to tell us we had a free desert coming. Mike bought us Dessert too! Needless to say they just made me a customer for life! Lippa's was excellent and worked really hard for us. My fiancee wanted a very particular type of stone in a particular color and an uncommon cut. Lippa's shipped in several stones from their various sources for us to see. Many of them were very good, but my fiancee happened to prefer a stone elsewhere that just edged out the rest in color and cut. Nevertheless, Lippa's understood and they said they were happy to help us and welcomed us to come back for any other jewelry needs in the future.
