I went to them found a mattress for my mother, $ 2200 by the time We got it. They told me we had 30 days to try it and if not completely satisfied they would exchange it or refund our purchase. Got the mattress and right away I sat on the foot of the bed and it sunk in an instant I slid off. I didn't think that was right as I bought a $3600 one from them a few years ago and had no such thing happen. Anyway my mom was really surprised how easily it molded to her body the first night. I knew that was wrong to. I called them and told them and they were nice and said no worries come to the store and sign some papers, then they told me it would be $140.00 restocking fee and new delivery fee for the mattress they would be exchanging it for. I was really taken back they NEVER said anything except if your not satisfied we will refund or exchange it. I refused to pay it and said I would just go somewhere else and they would refund my money. they decided to make it a one time exchange. The bed we got now is firm and I don't slip off to the floor it is what I expected the first time. I believe I got a used mattress the first time. Awesome! I no longer feel the need to shop around for mattresses anymore. Both of the associates at this location are absolutely top-notch but Tessea is my new special go-to. We first visited after speaking with her by phone regarding a specialty mattress we needed for a Murphy bed. Wow! She is so knowledgeable! She found the perfect mattress for us and worked hard to make sure we were getting the best price. Now, one year later I decided it was time to finally replace my own (23 year old, lol) mattress and I didn't bother visiting anyplace else - went straight to Tessea. We are returning customers and paid $2,700.00 for a Beautyrest Platinum mattress. This mattress was good for the first couple of years and then we both started waking up in pain and not refreshed like we were used to feeling. The support in the mattress completely failed. No matter how many times we rotated it, it was sagging. We started sleeping in our guest room and found that the old mattress was much more comfortable then our newer one.
