This is my second time in a Victoriaās Secret store, the first time I really only had time to get measured. I love the store itself and everything available in the store.
However, today I had an associate that seemed to have a problem with me as soon as I walked in the doors. I had my niece with me, that needed some bras so I asked the associate if she could measure her. She said who twice (in a harsh tone) while I pointed at my niece. She began to measure her and said she was a 42 and that they donāt carry anything over a 38 in store. She then walked off without even telling us her cup size.
Then when I went to check out I told her depending on how much total I was at, I might have to put things back. The rest of the process felt very rushed and judgmental, almost like she felt I couldnāt afford any of it. I ended up having to put a couple of things back. On the way home I noticed I was still charged for one I had put back. Went back to get it fixed (with a different associate) and the previous associate said āIs she returning everything now?ā And just stared the whole time until the one working with me found the mistake and refunded me.
I know this is long and seems harsh, and it was the semi-annual sale so Iām sure everyone was stressed, but I now donāt want to go to this particular store again. I would hate to think that this happens often, especially for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to shop here all the time and tonight will be my last time I come here. This older worker was very rude. I went to try on some swim suits and they didnāt work so I went to go get more. Came back to the dressing room standing there holding my stuff and she looks at me multiple times, didnāt ask if I needed help and walked off before I could ask for a dressing room (which if you have good customer service if you see someone standing at a dressing room holding stuff you ask them if you need a dressing room, not walk off) so I pressed the button multiple times and then the other worker let her know that someone needed a dressing room. She walked around the corner and said āshe was just standing thereā and āuse your wordsā indicating I need to used my words to ask for a dressing room. She was very rude to start. Rude to me and other customers. All other Victoria secret stores I have been to the employees have been happy to help me with a room. It seemed like she didnāt want to help at all. On another note, a customer asked for a disabled dressing room and the employee said itās being used as a storage room at the moment?! So they didnāt have proper access for disabled people for fitting rooms. Iām not disabled but that made me mad that they couldnāt offer her another solution except ātalk to my mangerā what is going on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATED 7/11/2020 NOT OPEN UNTIL 9PM!!! You're welcome! They may seriously want to update their Google account with their actual hours. They actually close at 7p, not 9p.
11/2019 Not really feeling this experience. Walked around and around the store looking for something they were out of. The store, which appeared to have five employees on board, only had two that were actually working when I walked in. As I browsed the walls looking for something very specific, I walked by the same set of three employees clustered and chatting multiple times. I'm not sure if they're not allowed to offer, so as not to seem pushy, but help wasn't even offered until I helped myself to a fitting room. Then one of the trio of chatters perked up to help. After that she, was actually very nice and helpful, which is the only reason I have given this location three stars. In such a confined space, it should never take ten minutes to...
