I have been a customer here for going on 3 years. Everything I have gotten had no issues with. I ordered another love seat on Sunday January 19th 2020 they told me they would have it by the weekend I got a call Friday or Saturday to set up delivery the person I spoke with said we can deliver Monday between 1-3 pm. I got a call at 1:48 pm that I was second delivery. No call no updates stating they were going to be late. I call the store at 3:15pm and the guy then tells me that they were finishing up setting up a bed okay you know fine and dandy but at least call the customer and let them know what's going on. We do have a life outside of waiting for a delivery that could have been done before something that took alot longer to do. Not happy about this recent transactions.. last love seat I got they where here maybe 20 mins delivered put the backs on and we're gone so it's not like it was going to be a very long stop unlike a bed or bedroom set.. I will be sending the review the same way for the email I received based on my experience.
Finally arrive at 338pm and one Aaron's rep smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and we are highly allergic to cigarette smoke 😷 not healthy for my kids...
Read moreTv & stand were nice, but decided to return it due to unexpected financial circumstances. TV tested before packing and working as it was from day one. Had the TV packed up nicely for them when they came, grabbing only by the sides when packing.
Delivery guys came and said the TV needed to be tested by them, which is understandable. The one guy grabbed the TV by the top of the screen from the box and pulled it out, at which time a crack sound was clearly heard. Continued holding it incorrectly while trying to plug it in to test. Spider web crack at the bottom and at the top (right where the guy grabbed it from).
Was told it could not be returned and would have to pay $65/month to keep it. I don't want it. They broke it, I'm not paying for their mistake.
Waiting for a call back from the manager and hopefully can settle this before this gets taken to court. Bad service!
(Heres a picture of the TV in use just last night. No cracks or problems). Why would I try to return a broken TV? There would be no gain for me to return it broken as I'm not getting my money back, and service was satisfactory...
Read moreMy husband and I bought a sectional couch 3 months ago from Aaron's. The couch has usb outlets in the arm rests to plug phone chargers and charge phones. The day our couch was delivered they told us the cords to plug the couch into the wall were accidentally thrown away when they were loading the couch onto the truck. They said they would order the cords and that we would have them within 2 weeks. It's been THREE months.. we still do not have the cords to plug our couch into the wall so we paid for a feature on our couch that is useless since we do not have the cords. We have called the store more times than I can count and they say every time they ordered the cords but they aren't the right ones so they have to reorder them. I love the couch, but I'm so frustrated that it has been 3 months since we bought this couch and we STILL do not have the cords to use...
