Kohl's — Local services in Butler Township

Very impressive store with a lot to offer. I visited the store on 3-4-2023.

Finding the store was easy and parking was not a problem. I parked in the middle of the plaza and walked which it was a short walk. I wanted to shop in a few other stores on the way.

The store was very clean and organized. The clothing area had a lot of choices but the color shirts I was looking for, did not have my size.

I checked out the other areas and they had a lot of different items. One item was a lawn chair I have not seen before. All of the areas were well stocked and there were several sales going on.

The only bad thing was I went in for the Kohls Cares books. I couldn't find them, until I checked out on the other side of the checkout ailes. I would suggest the books be in a different location that you could locate easier. The books could of been somewhere else to, but couldn't find them.

At Kohl's in Butler, PA, today we were greeted by Joyce and she offered her help. We were exchanging an item due to size and she advised what we had to do and requested help from a floor person to show us where to find the item who did so gladly. In addition, we had two gift cards and another card showing a store credit. She was able to tell us exactly what we had on each card. Once we picked another item for exchange, we continued to shop. Joyce gladly checked us out made the exchange and was so friendly and helpful that my friend and I felt she should be commended for her kindness and genuine concern! The employees of this Kohl's store are now very lazy and unhelpful. I went in today and their tennis shoe selection is at an all time low. Prices were maxed out with notices on the that discount coupons are not allowed. On my way out I only found one employee who was in the return section and I asked her when the next sale was as all their shoes were maxed out. She stated she didn't know. She was no help at all. I won't shop at the Butler Kohl's again. They now stink! I have a $50 Kohl's gift card that I'm just gonna use on the internet. I've been buying my shoes there for 20 years. Famous Footwear,...
