Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Butler Township

Be aware of this store! They overcharge, and is an issue to get the refund. I went today and order the ultimate supreme pizza and ask the cashier to make it lite in sauce and to add more mushrooms than meat. I add the meal deal #3 (breadsticks & soda) for what I expected to be the same price as always, around $20 something. I tried to pay with my card, but it seems that there was something wrong with it and end up paying in cash. For my surprise it came up $25.44. When I ask the cashier, he told it was because I custom my order! What? I just ask lite on sauce and the mushrooms. I would it be ok if he told me that I was charge extra for the mushrooms or something like that, but telling me that it was because I ask for lite sauce in a pizza he decided to charge everything separated, that is WRONG! I ask if I could put the order with the pizza as it come with the meal deal and receive the refund of the overcharge that it was like $5 dollar. He got extremely upset and aggressive. He give me aggressively the $25, didn’t put my order and told me to get out from his store ( I think he is the owner or something). Honestly, I was ok with it, their pizza is not great to start with it I just went there for the convenience. So, it was a win win, I just jump in my car and went to the Village and got a great pizza! 😊 Never again I or my fam will buy...

Love the food, but service is terrible constantly . Never is there enough ready to go out the door so showing up during hot and ready time is pointless. Calling ahead and placing an order is pointless because when you get there they never can find your order . Once the manager (or the person who appeared to be taking that role on) accused my wife of calling a different store. They appear to constantly be understaffed. On multiple occasions I've been told 10-15 mins once I placed an order and I always wait over 30 mins. I watch people come in and order some of the same items I have ordered and walk out before me. Im pretty sure they give them what is meant to go to my order and make me wait for others to come out of the oven. I think this is caused by being understaffed and constant new staff. Rarely do you see the same workers twice. So why do I keep coming back? Because I love the food and the prices can't be beat. They are constantly busy so ownership must not see a reason to change anything . I am mostly writing this review to keep myself busy as I go on minute 32 of waiting for my 10-12 minute order....Hey, there is my order...until I come back next time and wait a other 30 minutes for...

It was the first time I had ever gone in a Little Caesars. I thought I would give it a try after seeing their Hot and Ready commercials. Unfortunately, things weren't as cheerful in the restaurant as they are in the ads. Also, only certain kinds of pizza are available for Hot and Ready at certain times. I was already turned off. There was one woman waiting at the counter when I walked in; about 3 employees were in the back making pizzas. It seemed like she had been there awhile. I continued waiting for more than five minutes while all of the employees continued on with their tasks; the restaurant was dead silent. I was thinking, if I'm not waited on in another minute, I'm out. Finally, a large employee brought out two pizzas for the woman in front of me. I then figured I would be next and stepped up to the counter. Rather than acknowledge me or take my order (six or seven minutes of aimless waiting already), he instead awkwardly stared out the front window, not really making eye contact with me, then lumbered haphazardly back to whatever tasks he needed to do. That's when I left. Didn't order anything, they got $0.00 from me, and I won't...
