Levin Mattress Butler — Local services in Butler Township

We were in the market for a new mattress, since ours was 9 years old and was uncomfortable. I took the time to educate myself on various types of mattresses along with box springs and adjustable frames. We also used the internet to see what we could purchase on-line. Our decision was to visit all the various stores in an hours drive from our home. That way we could see what products they had, lay on them and ask questions. We were surprised how many displayed the same mattress or had their own special style from a manufacturer. The guy that impressed us the most with his knowledge, sincerity, helpfulness, and never any sales pressure, was TJ. We went back to see him three times before we purchased. Levin’s warranty for their mattresses and frames is exceptional. Anyone that is looking for a mattress and frame in the Butler area should at least talk with TJ at Levins before they make...

We was looking to purchase a new mattress. We stopped at Levin’s in Butler, PA a couple months ago and had narrowed our search with the help of TJ down to 2 mattresses. We went back and thankfully TJ was there to help us make the purchase. Both times he was very nice and extremely helpful with his knowledge of the mattress’s. He did not try to “sell” us on something, he encouraged us to be sure the one we chose was right for us with both comfort and costs. When we went back to make the final decision he was very busy, he was the only one working and he had other customers in the store too. He recognized and acknowledged us right away welcoming us back and kept checking on us when he was also working with other customers. Never made us feel ignored. Very nice man, would highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking to purchase a new mattress.

I was mattress shopping the other day, and Levin was my second stop. I thought I found one I was going to buy at the first store, but after I got to Levin I changed my mind. There is a big difference in the prices between stores. I had a budget so that was a factor in my decision. The reason I wanted to write a review though is to recognize Thomas for helping me with my purchase. He was very helpful and friendly. He made suggestions based on what I was looking for, and he helped me find a mattress that was comfortable and in my price range. It ended up being less expensive than I thought which was even better. He also helped me decide to get a queen instead of a full for the same price, which I’m really happy about. I would recommend Levin to family and friends, and for future shopping I will most definitely come back again. ...
