Aweful they ruined my ring and stole the stone from my fathers earring and replaced it with a different stone. They destroyed the ring. I will be talking to the police about the stone they took. And filing a report for the theft.. they destroyed both my ring and my fathers earring. My father died in may and this was a way for me to keep him close. Had a ring made by the Butte location and after another jeweler looked at it, he called it garbage. He compared to it to using zip ties to hold a bumper on a car when you should be using bolts. We would have been lucky to even keep any of the stones on the ring. It would have been a nuisance to have to drive an hour every time to get it cleaned and every time a stone falls out. Iām glad I got my refund but I wonāt be suggesting this chain to anyone. Go to a place that gives you the opportunity for them to show off their craftsmanship.
