I would give 0 stars if they had that option. The owner was very rude to costumers and argumentative. I brought in a bridesmaid dress that needed to be hemmed and taken in. I tried it on, and she argued with me that I had the dress on wrong. It wasn’t until I pulled up a photo of the model on the website I bought the dress from that she believed me I had it on correctly. I was reassured that this was able to be done in 3 weeks. She texted me the morning it was supposed to be done that she needed more time. Then, later that same day, she texted with a message saying she was unable to take in the sides of the dress. This was a week before I needed to wear the dress. I picked my dress up the next day, and the owner began arguing with me about not being able to alter the dress. I told her I wish she would have let me know sooner than the day I was to pick it up. She raised her voice at me and said she did not know she could not fix the dress until that day. So, she did not start working on my dress until that day apparently. She hemmed the bottom and the hem was rounded. She also snagged the satin fabric. The overall experience was horrible and I would not recommend this business to anyone. She did the same thing to two other bridesmaids that I know of. Thankfully, I was able to take the dress to Yen Wang who fixed the hem and was able to take in the sides of the dress. Yen did all of this in 2 days. This just shows that the dress was able to be altered. This business is not knowledgeable enough to do alterations and should not advertise...

This place is horrible. I took my only good winter jacket in to get a zipper replaced, i waited a couple of weeks only to find that it is not done right. The girls she has working have always been nice, and even the owner when she is about to make money. When my jacket was finally done, i picked it up and the zipper wouldn't even zip up. I called and told her the situation and she begrudgingly told me to bring it in, she looked at it and she couldn't zip it up she had to stretch it to get it to zip up. I wouldn't except that and she said all we can do is take the zipper out and give you your coat back. She did not even have the decency to offer me a refund. I had to have p&y tailoring services fix her screw up. The least she should have done is offer my my money back. She ripped me off $40.00 Tell people to avoid this shop and don't do any business there. I will never do business here again, and I will tell anyone that tells me they are going to do business there to avoid the place because she ripped me off. Unless she has something already done the business is in no way good. she is no good, at tailoring. At all cost avoid this place.Everyone I know and meet will be fair warned. Don't do business...

Rude, highly disrespectful. Very poor customer service and has no manners when someone walks through the door. The owner is the main problem, she is very rude and takes advantage of customers.
