These people are the best people I have met yet. Their customer satisfaction is at the very top of the list. We thought the motor was going out on our dryer and it turned out it was the motor but we didn't find out till later. They came to the house charged one sevice call. The first time we didn't find the problem with the motor, started acting up again, and were told that we wouldn't be charged another service call and they were true to their word. Tyler Bowman and the Bowmans wanted to make sure we had a dryer, so he came back 3 times, last time after ordering the parts testing and trying the dryer, we did find out it was the moter. So, he, tyler didn't even charge us for part's because he could use them elswhere. He, Tyler said he would get one of the good used dryers working, he found a good one repaired it and we got a great deal on a used dryer. So, these people put customer service in front of everything else, and they are very excellent when it comes to customer satisfaction. They get an A++++ for the service they provided us. We will use them from now on whenever an issue comes up... Thank you Bowman family, especially Tyler...
Read moreExtremely Poor Customer Service !! I called this Morning to confirm a scheduled appointment made through Electrolux Service Division. The young female receptionist was rude and completely disinterested in my business. Her response was that Electrolux does not make their schedule, she does and regardless of what Electrolux may have scheduled, she did not have me on their list. I stated I took the morning off from work because I was told that their technician would be there today between 8am and 12pm. She replied, "well we won't". I asked if I could schedule an appointment or should I call another repair service. She said "Fine" and hung up on me. This was despite being informed about the brand prior to the service call. The technician was in our house for 2-3 minutes tops. He left tools here too, and never returned for them, despite being told about them. Not sure what the deal is with these guys, but I won't be...
