Innovative gear with very thoughtful designs. I own several RSG bags (dry thwart bag, mesh thwart bag, small mesh duffle and several pouches), and love them all. Their customer service is fantastic and responsive. For example, a couple years ago I bought an NRS dry duffle on closeout but the loops for the for the hook closure were too small! So it sat unusable on a shelf for a long time. I was going to need an extra bag for an upcoming trip so I stopped in (right at closing time) and asked if I could leave it behind for Jodi to sew in bigger loops. She said "no I'll just do it right now". She sewed two loops in and at no charge!! So of course I had to buy a couple pouches that I had my eyes on. You just can't find service like that anymore and I hope RSG continues to be a huge...

We’re so lucky to have this shop in Canon! Not only is the staff so helpful but they try hard to make boating gear fun and durable. I’m so excited for their rentals and to see how they grow and support safe water sports on our river. So far I’ve purchased hats, T-shirts, a dry bag and throw bag and I love everything I’ve gotten from them. With this small company I know they do everything they can to support our community, which is just another added bonus. Also the river art they have in the shop is awesome!
