Update: these people are lying, desperately trying to save face by lying about what they did and what I’ve said. Very sad, but consistent with my original review…
This place is a TOXIC environment. Go there if you must, but beware. The owner tried to rip me off (my machine is dead, I need to buy a new one, but took it somewhere else, nothing is wrong). And the staff is about as rude and weird as they come. Last time I was in there, I mentioned I didn't like the owner, and one of the staff, "Ricky" started yelling at me... in front of the friends I was with and in front of other customers. Completely out of line, "Ricky" spewed so much anger at me, I only have to conclude it had nothing to do with me. 2+2 does not equal 246. Maybe it's working for a toxic owner? Read moreI would give them more if offered. This is not just a quilt shop to buy material. The people that own it and work there are like having another family. But the lady working carried bolt by bolt of material up to me at the corner until I was able to find exactly what I wanted. She then went and took the time to cut the pieces into a charm pack for me. I do not know of any store that would carry and cut 10-15 bolts of material much less cut it for you. They always have a smile how are you and any thing you might hear from a friend not just a sales person. They have been my second family since I have been going there which is right after January and Randy bought it. I would not buy material from any other store and their teachers in sewing are just as special. Try them you'll...
Read moreCherry Berry is like visiting family. - warm- hearted, caring, helpful and informative. I buy my machines from them because their prices are great and I know if I have any questions, help is right there. The classes are always fun, the instructors are friendly and knowledgeable . The owners, Randy and January become like friends at the first conversation. They carry a multitude of fabric lines, threads and notions. Ever go to a quilt shop and get looks like you are interrupting a private clique? Cherry Berry is the opposite of that. Sound too good to be true? ...
