This place looked like a good storage location, but we noticed some things while we had a trailer spot and storage unit for 3 months. First, the RV spots are small, not giving you much room to park, and not only that, there are people who have containers on site that probably live in them, and in the storage units, they leave piles of trash all over. We had our trailer damaged by one of the people with the container, and the management did not hold them responsible for the damages they admitted they did even though they have it on camera. Everything was reported to management and we know that in the contract it states that they're not responsible for damages, however, I want to note that the gentleman drinks all day while he stays on site most of the day which is also on camera. The office personnel made some changes since the new management took over, and it is ridiculous. They didn't really seem to keep adequate notes on accounts. They're dirty, ghetto and overpriced. Just be aware that you really risk having your trailer damaged if you decide to park it there. The guy in the container with the red car had all of his junk leaning on the trailer and let his large speakers fall over, putting holes in the side of our 4 week old trailer! We have been using this storage facility since 2019 and the first few years everything was fine. I will say the last year has been awful.

Getting ahold of anyone in the front office is nearly impossible. I was overcharged the month of November 2022 and finally got ahold of someone in the office, she said she would look into it and call me back. Never did. We decided to end our lease this January because of these issues and moved everything out. We called left many voicemails, showed up to the office a few times (no one is ever there?), and sent multiple emails to try and get ahold of someone to ensure that our contract is ended and we don’t get charged for February and still have no received a single response. I had to get in contact with my bank to do a stop payment on our account so we don’t get charged. It’s insane that it’s been 3 months without a response. My husband just went down there on 1/27 once again to try and speak with someone at 11:30am and there was a sign on the door that said “gone to lunch be back at 2pm” that’s almost a 3 hour lunch?

What a disappointing experience! I had a 26’ U-Haul truck reserved from this place which was scheduled for an 8:30am pickup. I had a bunch of people scheduled to be at my house at 9am so we could move me out of my house today. I waited until 9:30 and no one showed. I knocked on the office door and the apartment door next to the office. Other customers were outside waiting as well. I went to the lock boxes to see if I could get a key, but they were all opened. I went to the 26’ truck on the lot to see if the keys were left out for me and it was just full of trash in the cab. I called Uhaul corporate and they could not locate another 26’ truck within 50 miles, only a 20’ truck over half an hour away. I don’t think this manager quite understands the problem they created for me! I ended up having to take multiple trips in our pickups wasting a ton of gas and time. Never using this...
