Photo quality is good! They usually develop film in a week ish time. When I’ve gone in the person the customer service has been awesome - a man Sherif attended to me and took the time to explain some of my cámara functions to me.
My most recent interaction was not as stellar. When checking in on a roll I didn’t get an email response so I called to follow up. The woman was quite short on the phone and hung up on me which was a little disappointing. Overall I’d still recommend this place though!
Update: 5/28 I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to have received an email shortly after this review was left by the manager himself (Jesse) to 1) Confirm that I had received my film prints and 2) To not only apologize for the negative phone interaction but to refund the price paid on that particular set of prints. Overall, this business seems to have left management in the hands of folks who actually care about their clients, which I am ever appreciative of. Now I can't recommend this...
Read moreI needed a passport photo taken and decided to try and support a smaller chain like Hunt’s. I went in on a Sunday, 15 minutes before closing. The store was very busy but there were about 5 customers behind me in line. I waited for 15 minutes while they were serving two other customers. When I got to the front of the line, I was told that they were closed and to come back tomorrow. While I normally would be very understanding of this, they proceeded to service customers in line behind me, presumably because they would be buying bigger ticket items instead of an inexpensive passport photo. This felt unfair to me - if you’re going to close shop, close shop, but don’t selectively service people. I went down the street to CVS and they did a fine job. Read moreHunt's staff acted very friendly- but I think this was to mask the fact that they are out of their depth with selling medium ticket items, I, wanting to buy local went to Hunt's which turned into a massive ordeal- not having things in stock- misleading me over the phone, selling equipment which was misplace in the wrong box misleading to stock availability - causing multiple return trips after multiple request and assurances of items being in store - showing up and they aren't in store final straw was trying to order a wacom tablet which the website clearly lists as available...even still- calling and having tell me there are none in stock... guess what Hunt's you lost another customer!! fix your website and train your...
