My wife and I wanted to replace our wedding rings due to them being most 20 years old. We went to many stores but decided on Canton Jewerly because they immediately were very helpful and also had the best looking jewelry for the cost. The entire experience was enjoyable. I found my ring in 10 minutes with the help of Kelly. My wife was looking at rings and Han was repairing my wife's diamond earrings while she looked around. Kelly was the most patient, knowledgeable and nicest jeweler we have ever dealt with. They really want to make the customer happy and go above and beyond to make that happen. The owner Ali was sending up diamonds within a days notice just for us to look at them. Kelly really helped my wife and I when deciding on the new rings. The price was much better compared to the other stores we visited and I can't stress enough how incredible the customer service is here. I came in with an old tanzanite pendant that my mom had bought for me many years ago. I thought it was scratched and would have to pay for repairs. When the woman at the back counter took a look at it, she told me it wasn't scratched and someone would clean it for me so I could give it to my girlfriend. I purchased a silver chain from them for $45 that the woman picked out for me which I felt was an extremely fair price. They cleaned the pendant for me, put it on the chain I purchased, and even gave me a free jewelry box with an automatic light on it so the necklace really sparkled. Even though I know nothing about jewelry, I never felt like I was being talked down to (like I've experienced at other chain jewelry stores) or overcharged. Everyone was extremely polite and kind to me and I had a nice conversation with the woman that was helping me while they were cleaning and packaging the pendant for me.
