What a waste of money this place is. The techs here would rather cause confrontation instead of fixing my problem and getting me out the door. I'll have a conversation with the manager and we come up with a plan or resolution and then when I go in store its like I'm throwing a curve ball at the techs. To top it all off though when i purchased a brand new sub the sub had been screwed back together very poorly and sold to me instead of a new one. I was then told when they get another i would be called...... that never happened so therefore i had to get in touch with the manager, who then took care of me. However after 800$ being spent in total here every time i deal with geek squad it is a miserable experience and a huge headache. I have to jump over hoops and obstacles just to get what I paid for. When I dropped it off, I was convinced to pay the yearly membership fee of $180 because otherwise I'd have to pay $200+ for a diagnostic and Operating System work.
