Crumbl — Restaurant in Canton

Crumble cookie has been open for about four weeks and every week since they have been open I go in and buy one cookie, to try a different flavors. I feel the cookie itself as the perfect texture that they are looking for in general. It is a good soft cookie. The reason I only gave this three stars is because when I have gone in to purchase a specific cookie, only once has it looked like the cookie on display. There is always more of everything with the cookie that’s on display, more icing, more drizzle, more sprinkles, whatever it may be. This week I got the Keylime pie cookie and could not believe the difference, if the lime had not been on top of the cookie I ordered I would’ve thought it was a different cookie. When I asked them if they could put more icing on it so it looks like the one they have on display. The girl told me they make them in the morning and put them in the cooler and that they might not have more icing but she was not sure. As they were crowed I took the cooking ordered and left. Just know that the cookie on display may not be what the cookie looks like...

I'm on honestly irritated with this visit. Let me first say the girls that were putting the cookies I'm boxes were doing their best! The problem for me was the fact I waited 15 minutes before they said one of the cookies was still not ready. My other issue which was the biggest was the fact that the girl with 2 name tags on her hat ( couldn't read her name) was walking around laughing and eating cookies instead or icing the sugar cookies like she was supposed to be apparently. There were at minimum 10 people in the store waiting. She would walk around interested in everything except icing the cookies. When I finally got my cookies ironically enough the sugar cookie was hard and cold. I'm disappointed in the service and how they were laughing like they were at a cookie decorating party. The manager really needs to get the employees...

Normally I have a pleasant experience with crumble but this wasn’t one. I called to complain how we received the cookies that were ordered through the app and we heard them laughing over the phone while trying to decide how they could go about the situation. At first they said they can’t do a refund and they can’t deliver us new cookies. Finally after them talking about it for a while and me insisting for a refund since they didn’t know what to do they finally got that figured out. That should’ve been there first option since it was a mistake on their end. Not sure if I’ll be back to this location because their lack of...
