The customer service worker who was working at your location in Canton (ubreakifixit) named Derrick was extremely rude, hateful, and lied. He was rude and not a helpful or kind person at all. After dropping my phone off on a Monday we were told the internet was not working and they weren’t sure if they could fix it that day or not I said that’s ok pls just call when you can get it fixed. By Wednesday we still hadn’t heard anything so Wednesday afternoon I called and was met with a very hateful tone and him telling me “it doesn’t matter when you dropped it off I’m pretty sure you were told you had to be here to finish the repair” I apologized and explained that my understanding was that someone was to call us and let us know. That employee continued to be rude and hateful. I told them we had plans to get the phone Friday as we both worked and weren’t able to get off early to get it til Friday. Thursday I got a voicemail on my phone from them telling me if I did not pick up the phone that day they would take off my new screen and reverse the repair, also taunting that “ I thought you were coming in yesterday but I guess you had other plans.” He was extremely rude in the voicemail he left. When I called back he stated that the phone has been there two weeks and he isn’t allowed to hold onto them that long I stated that we had only dropped the phone off Monday, he then changed his mind and said yea well that’s a week too long. I explained that we both work long job hours and have three kids at home so we just hadn’t found the time the last two days (Tuesday and Wednesday) to get the phone and apologized he told me if I didn’t get it soon he would reverse all the fixes and damage the phone again. He explained that when I made the claim it was on the Thursday before that and I explained we called that week and they had voicemails set up that their internet was out so we weren’t able to even bring the phone. Was still out that Monday when we did bring the phone. Was an extremely unpleasant experience. And will never use that company again. Would advise a new company...

These guys are the best , they know their stuff very affordable and trust worthy.
Before I went to them..... I called Apple they found a location near me it doesn’t accept walk-ins. (Best buy canton) So I had to set up an appointment 2 days away. (I already didn’t have my phone for 2 days.) ugh ok now listen to this the guy said he couldn’t work on my phone cause lol he thought my screen protector was the actual screen coming off lol he took it to the back to run diagnostics said batteries wasn’t the problem it was the port and told him did he try it and put a battery in he lied 🤥 said yes then told me it would be instead of the $75 it’s was then over $250.
I called ubreakifix while I was still in Best Buy and even tho I called them 10 mins before closing they answered. They believe what I did the battery.
I brought in my phone the next day. Both guys were awesome. The took care of me so fast and explain things to me. Told me to come pick it up in about 2 hours later it was done works better than it has in a long time.
Forgot to mention they were a almost 50% cheaper.
I got better experience techs with about half the price.

   Read moreI can NOT recommend Ubteakifix in Canton. After a battery replacement in my iPhone, the front camera would not work. I called the store about the issue and was told they don’t warranty things that they did not repair. The tech indicated it might need a new camera but I would have to pay for that repair. The tech indicated that a battery replacement was not near the camera so there is almost no way they could have caused the issue. The only way I got this fixed was by calling the parent company Asurion who contacted the franchisee who apparently contacted the store. After a week and 3 visits to the store, the tech “found a loose connection “, wow, what a surprise. Although the store offered to “take a look at it” , when I first called, they were rather insistent that they did not cause the problem with the camera. To me their opening the phone was the most logical cause for the camera problem. Customers should not need to contact the Asurion and the franchisee to get satisfaction.
