Delivery date July 1st, 2017 Walk in process at the store was fairly easy,but even after handing over my ID to Evelyn... they spelled my name wrong, still had me sign the paperwork and said they would change it in the computer. The sectional I was getting had an ottoman that was being sent in for repair and they would let me know when it would be done. At delivery time, the ottoman was never brought or talked about (in fact the delivery guys had no idea about it), but yet it was still on the paper work like they brought it. Plus the couch itself wasn't even cleaned up. I was too busy trying to watch both delivery techs in my house (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) to notice it right away. Now speaking of the delivery tech downstairs... he was bringing in a new washer and dryer set. When time to hook them up, both techs were down there messing with it because it was leaking all over my wall and the floor. Both of them kept telling me that it was my hook up that was messed up and I had to tell them to leave 3-4 times before they actually would. I called the store to ask the manager why the delivery techs do not listen to the customers to get out of their house... and he instantly started to spin it that they were just making sure it was installed properly before they left. It's really funny to me because it wasn't my hook up that was the problem. I walked down there and tightened to hose connection myself...TA-DAAAA!!! Guess what was ruining my wall and floors now? Apparently, these delivery techs do not understand how to properly hook up a washing machine..or have the strength! A whole month goes by and I still do not have the ottoman to my sectional. I'm the type of person though, that if you say you are going to call me....you better call me. I call up there to find out that my ottoman went to repair, but they couldn't repair it. They deemed it as worthless and just took it off my account, never bothering to call me and let me know. This happened apparently sometime between the 12th-19th of July. Not even 20 days into me having the sectional!! When asked why I wasn't told or even offered another one, Evelyn said they have a new GM or DM that is having all the issues go straight to them to handle. Well, it's nice to know that even the bosses of bosses can't do things right. I have used Rent-A-Center & Rent One in the past and I have no complaints but with Aaron's. Read moreI won't Speak ill will of the Staff because they All Are Terrific People, But Disappointed in Some Furniture I Got& Was infested so I had to be the one to Pay to have it Done and with the Physical things wrong, it was 2 much.they did come & putt padding in the Arm rest & Sew it up but so much was Wrong that They Cldnt Get Fixed..& the latest Report i sent the Young Man came & saw it was Bad.So I treated it 1 last Time & today Oct 19 , 2019 they Came & Picked it all Except the Tv & stand Fire Place...They Cld have offered to Sell it to me for 2 more months worth of Payment as I had paid 4-5 Payments already... It was Not Worth 110 a month for 12 Months bc of the Issues.. Read moreI ordered a riding lawn mower off Aaron's website. They proceeded to approve me and took the initial payment from my account. They did inform me it could take up to 14 business days to recieve my product. 9 days into this i looked at the website to see how the shipment was going. Told me it was at my local Aaron's store awaiting delivery. Called local store and they informed me they were canceling it because they refuse to do any lawn mowers. Made me wait all that time to tell me they didnt want my business. Negative stars in my opinion. They had multiple times to inform me they wouldn't lease to own riding lawn mowers.. Edit...... was just told today May 10th they were going to go ahead and honor the online contract... They were willing to correct a wrong the best they could. Means...
