Worst customer service ever after bringing our three kids to buy candy, buy gifts for friends, spending tourist money and just having fun. The dark haired young girl at the cashier kept slamming the candy down to weigh it, Because my kids may have had chocolate pieces mixed with other candy pieces? Wasn’t clear if they were supposed to separate it. She was not just surly, she was seething at us for whatever mysterious reason. She shoved our $100 worth of candy and taffy and fudge boxes at us so much, that she actually shoved her tip jar off the counter and I caught it for her. Have been buying their salt water taffy and almond macaroons for decades. Send their taffy up to my aunt and her family in MA every chance I get which causes a mad scramble for everyone to grab their favorite flavor. Great fun and my pleasure. I am a fan of this candy store because I visited one of the locations in Atlantic City and I really loved the Salt Water Taffy. I figured while I was staying in Cape May I had to most definitely make a stop here. This store has such a great selection of candy and fudge. This place was really clean, the staff was friendly and I didn't see any problems with social distancing like I have read in other reviews.
