When I asked to return an item I was told no refunds exchanges or store credit only. I had purchased 5 minutes before. That didnt bother me as much as the fact I was threatened a call to the police because I was not told of the policy before purchasing and argued for my money back. I was told it is on the receipt, the policy. But that is after the fact that I purchased I argued. When the manager came to the store from home she smelled of alcohol and was belligerent, at that point I left because it makes no sense to argue with someone that belligerent. No customer service skills. When I told her the clerk threatened to call the police, she said she encouraged them to do that. I dont know what ever happened to common courtesy..I had purchased over 100.00 at this place and just to return an ashtray was a big deal. I have shopped there before, but...

I was in this store on the Saturday before Father's Day looking for a Father's Day present for my fiance. I was not welcomed into the store by any of the many employees nor did they offer to help me find any sizes for any of the shirts I was looking at. Just as I found a shirt that I wanted to buy, one of the employees came around the corner and with the most sassiest attitude ever asked where the shot glasses went that I was looking at when I first entered the store!! So not only did they not welcome me or help me, WHICH WHEN WORKING IN RETAIL THAT IS YOUR JOB, they then accused me of stealing merchandise!!!!!! I will never be shopping there ever again and have since told my friends and family to do the same. I cannot believe the customer service that I recieved. My partner recently had a bad experience here. As she entered the store and began to look around, she had her hand in her pocket on her phone. She noticed the cashier staring at her in an unfriendly way but she shook it off. She continued through the store to browse. At one point she walked past the cashier who was then with another worker and she overheard them saying something along the lines of assuming someone was stealing and they both were looking at her. It felt like they were suspicious of her due to the color of her skin. The staff were not friendly and made her uncomfortable. Looking at some other reviews, it seems like the customer service is lacking. We’re not all going to be friendly 100% of the time as humans, but as shop sellers we should hopefully be more...
