Staff was coo / friendly / helpful when I went in to get some body jewelry. One of the ladies was actually able to make some suggestions for me on what kinda bar would work from a new piercing I had gotten recently bcuz she just so happened to have the piercing on herself! ..It ain't the most commonly talked about, so I really appreciated the fact that she knew from first-hand experience what would and wouldn't work for me. Hint: Take a look at my 1st name and then go google "the (my name) piercing" & it might help yall understand why that was so helpful/such a big deal for me lol & oh yea..big shout-out to the lady at hot topic 4 keeping it real w/ the suggestions & helping ur girl...

Went for a store pick up and the girl working register was so rude. She’s didn’t say anything when I walked up to the register, I thought she was busy so I just stood there but she looked at me and said “what” & made a face. Her tone was rude the entire time. She tossed my purchase on the counter and said “there”. Worst customer experience ever! So disappointing I was having such a great day but that interaction with her killed it. Never shopping here again...

Went there a couple of weeks ago and the staff was RUDE!!! Used to feel welcome and last time the staff made me feel unwelcome!!! Never going back to this store!!! The staff at Northridge Mall always makes patrons...
