Look, it is what it is -- a simple Santa Cruz Apparel shop located inside of a slowly dying mall. I needed to replace a hat that I'd lost. The store was clean and seemed organized. It wasn't overly busy and the staff were attentive. The prices were mall retail prices, but the exchange was friendly. The only negative thing about the whole experience was the visible retail vacancy and a numbing reminder of what was likely a vibrant destination in the 1980s...
