Worked here for almost 3 years... got a flat tire and couldnt make it to work and got treated like a normal worker got fired and was even trying to rush get the tire fixed and make it. Seen dead crows in here for 3+ months. Manager didnt care until customers told her. Still let it be... Molded food. I got bunch of pictures as well. Please dont buy any products from here. Cant even keep employees longer then few months and they wonder why... Doesnt care about your school. Doesnt teach people to close. Talk bad about each other when other workers arent there. Manager is in back for 8 hours on phone and then gets mad we dont do anything. Then talks bad about owners and then sees them and makes up to them and turns a switch on becomes nicest person outta nowhere... Shipping orders never go out people always complain and cry and Manager still does nothing but works 5-6x a week. Probably worst company I ever seen/worked for. Manager is inappropriate and makes me super uncomfortable with things she does or references she makes to me.... Goodluck. Try to take my reviews off LOL for...

I usually stop by once a year when I’m in town to pick up their parmesan olive oil and a few balsamic vinegars. The products are consistently good and make great gifts.

Today, though, I left disappointed. The store was busy but manageable, and I had no trouble browsing or sampling. However, the customer service fell short. One staff member was circling around, checking in with customers. She made eye contact with me multiple times—enough that I smiled in acknowledgment—yet each time, she turned away to assist others nearby. Once could’ve been an oversight, but after several times, it was hard not to notice.

I’d like to think it wasn’t about race, but as the only Asian woman in the store, the repeated avoidance felt uncomfortable. I walked out without buying anything. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to...

I just watched the review of your store by Kern County Transparency, and i just want to say how nice and professional the owner is, and also how good it all looks in that place. Ma'am, you thought fast on your feet with suddenly having cameras in your face. and you made your shop look brilliant! Other shop owners in other videos I've seen have done quite the opposite. I'm amazed that these people grow and create all their own products! I'm gonna go buy some of that apricot vinegar online if...
