My 19 month old boy, my elderly mother, and I were browsing for souvenirs. My mom was looking at T-shirts. My boy discovered multiple small plastic baskets with toys in them... little cars, etc. these were already "open" -- i.e. there was no packaging. Naturally, he grabbed a small toy bus and started pushing it on the floor, like any child would. No big deal right?

The young man working there rudely stated to me/us "Watch the floors!" Surprised, I looked up and asked "He can't push that on the floor?" And the guy replied "It says it on the signs" while he pointed to small signs on the toys' baskets that said "Do not open prior to purchase."

We did not "open" anything sir. It was already open. Your signs said nothing about "Do not play with toys" or "Do not push toys on the floor." That would be quite ridiculous considering you have small childrens' toys right there, at child height, wide open and ready to touch and try.

Very rude employee. We left and won't go back. Too many other souvenir shops around where they are actually nice.

Highly recommend you skip this place if you want to enjoy your day. Had the most bizarre experience here yesterday and I wasn’t going to write a review unless I saw other reviews stating the same. I figured maybe it was someone having a bad day - we’re all human and it happens sometimes! I get it. The store employee was horrible horrible HORRIBLE, so rude and not professional at all. I barely brushed his elbow and he told me I needed to leave the store and escorted me out when I had just bought two necklaces and was going to buy another sweatshirt. I am appalled at his behavior. Never in my life have I been treated that way. My cousin who was with me was also mind blown. Do not support this store. I want to report this man he is clearly not well and needs mental help.
