As someone who is gluten and dairy free, I value the limited restaurant choices I have. Before they rebranded as Maple, this restaurant had one of the best gluten/dairy free waffles. The service also used to be great. When I returned today, after the rebrand, I received one of the driest, densest, and crumbly waffles I have ever had. The service was also slow and bad. The menu description says topped with cheese and chipotle sauce. It was drowned in what I assume is their gravy for biscuits and gravy with some seasoning added and a pile of shredded cheddar cheese. I scraped all that off, but the chicken was overcooked and not much of it at all and the rest of the filling did...
