Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Carmel

Went to this location twice last week and it's still bothering me. The other location I've gone to had a portion size of around 3/4 of a bowl. This one the first time was only half a bowl. Since it's more convenient I figured I'd give it a second chance. Went with the entire family and we ordered 3 of the same dish. Got our food and each bowl was 1/4 full or less. We complained and they just told us that was the correct portion size. It looked like they cooked up one portion and then split it three ways, if we put all three bowls together it would have been the same as the location I usually went to.

It wasn't a meal, it was a snack, which cost me nearly $10 once you include the meat and drink. An hour later I was hungry so I went and bought an actual meal somewhere else for around half the price.

Some of the other locations may be good, but this one will...

This is not the first time Noodles & Company has messed up a DoorDash order of ours, but it's definitely the worst job I've ever seen...

Ordered: 10 Korean Meatballs Received: 10 Korean Meatballs

THIS WAS THE ONLY ITEM WE RECEIVED THAT WAS CORRECT!

Unbelievably bad... And DoorDash only credited us back about 1/3...

Normally this place is pretty great. I normally get the Japanese pan noodles with marinated steak, and its delicious. Unfortunately, this time, my noodles had no pan sear on them (which just takes things to the next level), and looked as if they were simply cooked in water. Additionally, one of the cooks, a younger guy with short red hair, couldn't stop scratching his manhood (and had no gloves on). UGH. DISGUSTING. HELLO- EVERYONE CAN SEE YOU SCRATCHING YOUR NOODLE WHILE YOU'RE COOKING OUR NOODLES. Anyways, I was very disappointed. I may have to visit a new location to call...
