The Wedding Studio — Local services in Carmel

The Wedding Studio literally saved my wedding day! In November of 2019, I found my wedding dress at the Wedding Studio in Greenwood. The one I tried on in store at the time was in very good condition and fit me perfectly (besides the length), but I was unable to buy off-the-rack that day in November. I end up getting the same dress elsewhere, leaving the perfectly fitting dress in the studio. Now, the dress I bought elsewhere was a bit bigger. It was as close as I could find, but not perfect. So obviously, I take this dress to a seamstress...in January. Fast forward to October, 5 days before my wedding (yes, you read that right...5 days), and I go to to my final fitting with my seamstress, and my dress had been ruined. Completely and totally. It was ripped in multiple areas on the skirt, the hem was sewn lopsided so one side of my dress was longer than the other, the arm holes were too small and were scratching my underarms, the bodice was gapping in the chest and too tight around the waist, and even in my shoes I was unable to walk without stepping on it. Needless to say, I was in tears. My dress was ruined with only 5 days to go. Then Wedding Studio got involved and fixed EVERYTHING! Remember that dress that had fit me perfectly back in November? Yeah...they still had it! And it was in perfect condition!! So we call and ask the studio in Greenwood if I could drive down and try it on to make sure it still fits, and buy it off the rack. Not only did they agree, the woman we spoke to offered to drive with the dress all the way to the Caramel studio and meet me halfway, and got us a discounted price on the dress! I arrived at the Caramel studio, tried on the dress, and it still fit perfectly! I bought it that day (5 days before) and was able to have a different seamstress finish the hem for me in time for my wedding. The beginning of that day was an absolute disaster, and I am so incredibly thankful that Wedding Studio was able to be there for me during such a stressful moment and save my dress for me. I can't recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a team that truly cares about getting you the perfect dress that will also take care of you if something goes wrong, this is where...

In total, I visited 7 different bridal shops in Indiana and tried on close to 50 dresses and 7 or 8 veils!!! And here is my review:

Since many of my family members and friends are overseas, I took photos of all the dresses I tried and shared with them for feedback. They, and I, definitely had dresses from other bridal shops I loved!, but after all, we all came coming back to the dresses I tried on at the Wedding Studio! ✨ That says something about its selection of dresses. My stylist, Anna, was lovely! I usually don’t even like going shopping with friends or family because I like to take my time to look at clothes and decide, and because of how conscious I am of my surroundings and indecisive I am, I can’t pick the right clothes when people are around. But Anna never made me feel like I had to rush! She was not only patient but so sweet! Whenever I was like, “I don’t know! I like them all!,” she would simply say “aww! It’s okay.” I loved her vibe, personality, and attitude ☺️ all the stylists must deal with a ton of clients everyday, but they never made me feel unimportant, and that truly warmed my heart 💗 The last comment is not necessarily relevant to the Wedding Studio, as it is more about my overall bridal experience. But, as a foreigner here, I was first nervous to come to Indiana. But after interacting with 7 different wedding consultants/stylists, I am SO thankful to all the wonderful people! ❤️Although they don’t work together, they all individually contributed to my collective experience of memorable bridal shopping that I will now remember forever. And I can say, without hesitation, that the Wedding Studio will let you have that...

The Wedding Studio in Camel is lovely!!! I had been searching for a dress with a few family members who were in town visiting, and was having a super tough time finding the right one. I really was disheartened from other places I had visited earlier in the day. On a whim with time running out, my sister-in-law called the Wedding Studio and was able to book a same-day appointment. Immediately we were greeted by the owner Adrienne with SUCH kindness and excitement when we arrived! The outside and inside of the store was also SO beautiful -- so many well thought out details and just extremely beautiful dresses. With such thoughtfulness and kindness, Adrienne unexpectedly welcomed us into the VIP room (such a gorgeous large room - perfect for a large group!). Adrienne talked with us for a while and really listened, she also brought in Erin who was my wedding dress stylist. Erin was AWESOME!! I loved having her, she was very thoughtful, intentional, sweet, funny, and not pushy. She also REALLY listened to me, which I really really appreciated because I had felt opposite of that at another dress shop I had visited earlier in the day. In the end, I was so thankful and blessed to say "yes to the dress!" :) If it weren't for Adrienne and Erin, I would not have been able to have had such a wonderful experience.
