QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Carmel

i was was craving Mexican food, so i decided to visit the local Qdoba restaurant. i entered the restaurant and was greeted by a woman with pink hair who seemed friendly enough.

The woman with pink hair started making my burrito, but something seemed off. She was moving slowly and seemed to be taking her time with each ingredient. i was getting impatient, but i didn't say anything. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, the woman finished the burrito and handed it to me.

i took a bite, and immediately regretted her decision. The chicken was dry and overcooked, the rice was mushy, and the beans were undercooked. The burrito was also lacking in cheese and sour cream. i felt like i had wasted my money on this subpar meal.

When i tried to voice my complaints to the woman with pink hair, she was met with a dismissive attitude. The woman said that it was just how the burrito was supposed to be made, and that i should have specified how she wanted it prepared. i was taken aback by the woman's unprofessional behavior, and decided to leave the restaurant without finishing her meal.

i never returned to that Qdoba restaurant again, and warned my friends and family about my bad experience. i decided that she would rather spend her money at a different restaurant where the food was prepared properly and the staff were friendly and...

First of all I left all the restaurants to come here thinking it would be good, but it was the worst experience ever! As soon as we walked in I felt like the young black lady was rude but I didn’t want to judge a book by its cover. As soon as it was our turn she just looked at us not even saying anything. Assuming that she wanted us to order, we ordered our food. She already looked upset and didn’t say anything while making the food. Then we said that we wanted lettuce and guacamole on the tacos she said “lettuce and corn?” We corrected her and she said ok so we thought everything was good. Then when the guy made the food he put lettuce and corn. When we told him we didn’t want corn, him and the lady both said “that’s what you asked for” even though we said guacamole more than three times. The lady then said with an attitude, “I will dump it out”. A different guy came in and helped us in the end. Also while all of this was happening there was a fly and nats flying around the food. The floors were also sticky. We also asked for a cup of ice and the outside of the cup had some chicken sauce or something on it. The chicken was also cold and dry. Horribly disappointed in the catering I ordered for this weekends birthday party. Pickup was scheduled for 4:15. My husband showed up at 4:15 to pick it up. There was only 1 person working at the time in the whole store. He had to wait a long time for the food and by the time he got it and got it home it was the food was late for the party. Other people walked out because it was taking so long to be helped. Then when we opened the queso when we got home it didn’t look like the normal queso. It was more of a green color instead of the yellowish orange color it normal is. It’s like the cheese part was forgotten and the veggies in it were big chunks. Unless there was a recent change in the last week to the ingredients of the queso this is not how it should have been. We dined at a Qdoba and the queso didn’t look like this. Not to mention it didn’t taste like normal, it didn’t have as much flavor and to be honest looked nasty. The guac we ordered was all dark green like it had been sitting for a long time as well. We spent a lot of money and the quality was not worth it not to mention having one person working in...
