It was my first time there - the workers were super friendly and took the time to tell us how ordering worked. I forgot what the drink I got was called, but it was a strawberry blended drink with crystal boba. I also got a poke bowl. I'm a picky eater (in the texture way), but they had ingredients I'm familiar with so that took some of the anxiety off. They let us try the sauces we weren't familiar with. Read moreGreat to have some more variety come to Carmel. This is a chain that has locations throughout the at least this part of the country. Consistent quality is what you can expect from this place.
The poke is great as well as their boba. Personally I love the Taro milk tea at 75% sweetness. If you like the boba from here, I'd recommend checking out the sister restaurant to this down in Castleton: Tsocaa - they have a wider variety of boba there, but this is the exact same product so if your favorite is on the menu here then its all the more convenient!
Their Ramen may be ever so slightly disappointing if you've had Kizuki, but its still a nice flavorful broth and the quality is always great (plus its cheaper than Kizuki).
I highly highly recommend trying this place. Support more variety...

Poke bowl seemed more like Ramon noodles on steroids, but the items available to top it off with bring my food critique up a star. Service-for being fairly steady paced inside, working in a tight quarter, we came at the end of lunch time and their attitudes were still very pleasant. Atmosphere-on warmer days or dressed for chillier ones, I'd suggest eating outside, the inside seating arrangement doesn't put off a 'comfortable vibe' with the ordering line walking in-between the tables and chairs guests are using to enjoy...
