Stopped by on a random Tuesday afternoon and was greeted by Ms. Brandi. Was in search of soy candles and low and behold Cloud Vapes in Carrboro/ChapelHill had them. She was so awesome to tell me all about the candles and how clean they burned compared to other types of candles. Brandi was well versed in this subject. Not only was she full of info in regards to candles but she was good with the vaping products as well. She informed me that her favorite vape flavor was gummy guts peaches and pear ... which actually does sound amazing lol.

While chatting about the candles, I asked Brandi to take me on a tour of the vapes. She said that they carry the luxe edition which has a touch screen on it! I absolutely love Cloud Vape! The location, the products, the prices, and the staff! I’m very new to the area and really dislike national chains. I prefer the ”Mom & Pops”, locally owned with a ”Cheers” type of establishment where ”everyone knows your name.” The main person that I see mostly working at Could Vape is Brandi, who is actually the first employee that helped to find what I needed( not what a store would want to sell me). She was and is actually quite brilliant when it comes to knowledge of all of the products, customer service, and an exquisite personality!!! Maybe, I'm a little biased because I have a total weakness for redheads but sue me! I managed a local(local as in the Triangle) chain of tanning salons for a decade and I would only hire people with her qualities to make sure the customers felt comfortable every time they came to the front door. This was my first vape shop experience, I was a little nervous going in but was welcomed with a warm smile followed by excellent customer service. I really didn’t know anything going in and they were happy to walk me through everything I needed to know and find exactly what I was looking for. The shop itself has a welcoming, clean, and cozy.
