The House of Cloudz — Local services in Chapel Hill

Terrible service. God Awful people. I was a regular who bought about 17-20$ worth of merchandise a day and brought in good ideas to bring customers but since I am homeless/disabled (now I know not to tell anyone about myself) they treated me with such disdain and contempt. I even tried to be friends with the manager and help him with his music and daily meditation- he wouldn’t even talk to me or bring my ideas to the owner. He obviously didn’t want me around- I never asked for anything free or bothered them in any way, I don’t even look homeless or smell! The selection of products is pretty good and I've generally received great customer service. They need to fix their loyalty program though.

Edited to add: I wasn't going to go in depth on this, but, I'll give more detail. The business should be responsible for asking if you're a member of the loyalty program or not, just like every other business that offers one ( this is also an opportunity to enroll new customers). I have been here several times a week for the last few months and they never ask, I always have to prompt them. My most recent visit apparently I didn't tell the clerk "fast enough" and he couldn't add my points retroactively and showed zero concern about it. Fix the program so customers can get the points...

In short detail I will say the service is amazing. You get a free sample that will literally get you right the first night. My lady and I both got free samples and I’m happy with free sample. I think they called the lemon drop. Emphasize the drop cause that’s what I did. I also saw some sour diesel which hasn’t been around since cam lost the Super Bowl so I’m definitely excited to try that. The runts(sigh) definitely smelled so good. I’m coming back with a quickness.
