Husband got me ring from this store for my birthday that was fugly. 6k dollars, which I would not have even paid 2k for. Mind you I was not aware of this horrendous "surprise". He returned this back in July. Just saw a debit from Wells Fargo. Mind you we DO NOT have this piece of jewelry in our possession, Legacy has had this piece of ugly since July 17, my birthday,which was ruined by this monstrosity and now possibly my marriage. What kind of business is this?!?!?!!?!?!? I looked in the store, back in July and there is absolutely NOTHING there that I liked, it is just not to my caliber of preference or taste. Again, we are paying for air, something that we do not possess and this business has had this piece of ugly and has probably resold. We are being robbed by this establishment!! *Update 11/2/2025 Finally confirmed today that Legacy jewelers Carrollton lied, telling Mike that Wells Fargo owns the ring and would not refund, that he needs to pick out something else. Granted, Mike hasn't told me about this dilemma until I saw the debit on our bank account, because I was told on 7/17/25 by one of owners, the wife,that the return was no problem when she accepted the ring and put it back into stock. Wells Fargo confirmed today they have had no issue on their end submitting a return/refund. They are aware we do not have possession of item. Store owner(John) now says, ok, but slammed with customers.... First of all, this store is never slammed with customers. The inventory isn't that impressive. Very unethical business behavior. Beware!!! Still awaiting refund that this establishment was paid for, but we do not have possession of. Wells Fargo waiting to hear...

This is not like all the other jewelry stores I have shopped in before. They were helpful and nice as soon as I walked in. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but the selection was great and I was looking for something different. I wanted to purchase my wife a nice ring for our 40th anniversary because when we got married I couldn’t afford the best at that time. I found the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen at this place and my wife wanted me to be the one to pick it out. I had never seen a ring like it before. We have since then had it cleaned and the treatment received after the purchase was just as good after the sale. If you’re looking for a jewelry store please look here last….. yes I said last because you can see the difference in selection and treatment. Great place to look for any jewelry! One again…. My fiance purchased my engagement ring at Legacy Diamond Jewelers almost a year ago. I went with him multiple times throughout the process to help with the selection. I was continuously amazed with Jon & Avis' attention to detail, care, and respect for their customers. They worked with my fiance to select the perfect setting and center stone, showing him multiple options and offering trustworthy information. The icing on the cake was that my fiance had a tight schedule for the proposal and Jon & Avis did everything in their power to get him the ring on time. The proposal was perfect thanks to them!
