I've ordered pizza from here since they've been open and never had an issue. Today I ordered a pizza online around 3:20. It was supposed to have no sauce. My mom picked it up and brought it to me. When I opened it a few moments later and attempted to take out a slice, it ripped into pieces. It was fresh, so I was like okay. I put it in my mouth and realized it had sauce on it, but as I chewed I tasted raw dough. So I spit it in a napkin. I messaged my mom so that she could take my back to get it remade when she finished working. I munched on my crazy bread while I waited and watched the African cup. Well, at 6 something, my mom brought me back to get them to remake it. They refused to remake it. She said it was because I took a bite out of it. It wasn't even a whole slice or a half of a slice that was missing. They found it funny and preceded to laugh continuing to say I ate some of the pizza so they would not remake it. I have been a store manager for multiple restaurants. I understand what it's like with refusing to remake food that's been eaten, but please look at the camera. 98% of the pizza was there. I could bring back the raw stuff I spit out, if you'd like. So you know what she said she could do? She would refund it. Refund it!!! I was hungry. I just wanted what I had ordered. I didn't want the money. The part that made me so angry was just their behavior, but her's was the most unprofessional. I don't think there was even a manager working because the guy said we'd have to call in the morning for the manager. And when I came back in to ask for the manager's name, the rude girl blatantly ignored me. The guy was nice enough to at least tell me Kayla. Anyways, I will never eat here again and neither will my family, but I'm sure she will find that...
Read moreDrive thru was closed due to staffing issues yet was greeted by 2 employees, one at at the counter and the other sitting in a chair beside the counter when I went inside to order. They continued their conversation rather than taking my order. Waited somewhat impatiently for a moment before I had to interrupt them. There was only one Hot-n-Ready, albeit Extra Most Bestest, pizza available. It was hot, as it should've been, but was swimming in sauce and wasn't cut thru the crust. This location clearly has management issues as they always seem to have something going on. I almost always have to wait on pizza, at any time of day, or they can't break $100 or they close before their posted closing time. It's always something as far as the service goes but the food is generally fine for what it is. Just don't expect to pull in, grab a pizza and go as they imply in all of their advertising. And don't give them a gold dollar as a form of payment. They tried to refuse mine - after not having change for $100 - stating they didn't accept them and was disturbingly funny to watch as at least 5 employees tried to figure out what it was and what...
Read moreManagement was rude over the phone when I tried to explain my concern to them about cashier leaving for 15 minutes while she was gone people walking behind the desk and then standing in the front being suspicious. Then after cashier/management walk back in handed us our pizza which tasted like the box. So I decided to sit in the parking lot and eat my pizza because I cannot say no to hungry kids.so I decided to watch a little bit more because it was suspicious and the cashier, the lady she left and came back with, along with another woman who was one of the ladies walking back behind the desk all walked around back of the building and didn't come back for a good minute. I didn't leave Little Caesars parking lot until about 9:00 so I was there at Little Caesars for a whole 45 minutes watching people who did not have a Little Caesars dress code on walk back behind the counter along with employees leaving!!! And again when I tried to explain my concern to the management( Ravene C.) she was very...
