I haven't been here shopping in years. It was good then, but I encountered bad service spirit and attitude from, a sell representative in the men's department today 04/07/25. It was a black lady being rude after I hand my receipts to your she makes me hold it so she can scan barcode, who does that in clothings stores today. That was a first time experience with someone asking to hold the receipt while they scan the code they usually grab it and scan it. Also I had the bag and she grabs it instead of letting me take out what I wanted to return, which I said the dress and then she proceeded to ask what dress when one of them actually clearly was a dress. I said Iād like to purchase this cologne, she did not speak English well at all, but proceeded to tell me she didnāt have that cologne, despite the fact that there were several gift sets of it in front of her. She said āthis not you want, pick something elseā. I said that is what I want and she acted like she didnāt understand. I asked if there was someone that could assist us and she very rudely stated āNoā, I explained that I could not understand what she was trying to tell me and she said āno help you pick something elseā. The free gift was supposed to include a free full size moisturizer. When I checked out, I was told they were out of the moisturizer that came as the free gift with purchase. They gave me two tiny samples instead, a fraction of what I shouldāve received. I noticed that they actually had the full size moisturizer in their counter but they refused to give it to me even though I spent the required amount to receive it. They said they ran out of the free ones that go in the gift and the ones in the counter are for sale. In my opinion, you should receive a free full size (as advertised) if there is one available in the store. Thereās no difference in the one that comes as a free gift and the one youāre selling in the counter. Poor...
