this place doesn't even accept refunds and will try to charge you excessive amount of money for computer problems that you could probably learn to fix on your own..

little short story: I bought an ASUS computer from this place cuz my old HP laptop I had was going through issues that I wasn't able to quickly fix. My HP had hard drive issues and it wasn't able to retrieve windows operating system, this woman estimated the price for repair to be around 100-200$... LOL.. I wasn't into that so I bought the ASUS out of emergency cuz I immediately needed a working machine since I am busy in school. I later fixed my old HP by buying a new hard disk drive and used the ASUS computer to install windows operating system to the HP laptop through flash drive. A freaking youtube video showed me how lol. This new purchased laptop, despite working, is apparently still quite poor in functionality and having multiple problems that I decided to call this place for a refund after using it for a few days. I called this store and it turns out they can't make refunds and can only replace it with a different one or fix it, which requires money. Before taking laptops here to fix, make sure you can find legitimate solutions for free from helpful tech videos so you don't have to spend money. It would be funny if I had paid this woman money to repair the HP laptop when it was possible to fix it...

I took my computer for these people to fix and watch out for the owner, he's an older gentleman and he will get you to sign something telling you it's just so they can fix your device but he will definitlely forget to tell you that you will also end up paying a fee whether you let them fix your device or not. His wife loves to argue with customers and when I found out they scratched my computer very badly I called and was told by both owners that it's my fault and that they were not going to do anything about it unless I paid them. His wife even went as far as telling me I lacked common sense then hung up on me. I usually don't write these reviews but with the attitude the owners had, they should never get anyone's business.
