T.J. Maxx — Local services in Carrollton

I actually love Tj.maxxx very much they have amazing finds BUT i feel as if my boundaries were definitely over stepped and would appreciate someone having a talk with their employees about it. I rarely leave reviews but this bugged me so bad. I told the cashier, thicker lady with bright red hair, that i did not want to get a credit card with them. She told me she needed to see my ID although i purchased nothing that needed this. I asked her why they needed to see this and she told me that "that's just what they do we can't see any of your information." I love T. J. Maxx but do not go shopping on a 30 minute lunch break! I'm a fast shopper so I get my favorite bar of soap (yes Tjmaxx has thes best bars of soap ever) but check out lines are never ending! I was late clocking in because the lines move slow because of the large purchases. If I don't see the head cashier Alisea C. on duty I will not shop, she keeps the lines moving extra fast. TJMaxx has the best selection of designer purses and also handbags in general. I love the jewerly & bedding department as well. I wish they would bring in more Alex and Ani braclets. The store is always clean,great customer service and amazing deals always available! Worth...

Overall i love the store. Very good selection and pretty good prices. I’ve never had any problems here but recently i’ve just noticed how rude and unprofessional the workers & managers are. If you ask a manager a question they push it onto a employee who obviously knows nothing about the store, The past couple times i’ve went in i’ve noticed a young white girl with dark hair and eyelashes, she’s very rude and you gotta stand there for 10 minutes before she comes to help, was slamming the phone down and overall just has a very bad attitude and is not pleasant...
