I went to the pharmacy to pick up a script for my mother. No representative was at the counter, but by computer screens. I waited for 2min before saying “excuse me” to get a representative attention. Representative Maya looked up and asked if I needed something. I inquired if there was a representative by the front. She then inquired “by the front of the store”. I stated “no right here at the pharmacy”. She then looked at me and stated “well we’re all busy”. I said “excuse me”. She said “I will have to wait because all staff is busy”. Another representative came over and then inquired what I was here for. I informed the representative “I am here to pick up my mother’s medication”. Representative indicated that my mother’s medication will be ready in 30min. At this point, I am dissatisfied with the service that I received at the CVS pharmacy and felt belittled. Once returning, I endured the same treatment, where there was nobody to indicate “please wait a moment”. I believe in treating others with kindness and the courtesy was never extended from the staff.
