Bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator at the same time. Also was talked into buying the extended warranty. The washer sounds like it’s flying apart when I use it and the refrigerator had a part that broke off. Had to pay $99 for some clown to come out for 3 minutes to see the broken part. 3 weeks later the claim was denied. Although I am not surprised at all I would advise anyone to steer clear of this place. They are a complete rip off and have terrible business practices. Scored an unbelievable deal on a French door smart fridge—originally retail $2,800, I got it for just under $900! Same-day delivery, and they even hauled away our old one. I honestly thought the ice dispenser was broken, so I called in. They had someone out the very next day. Turns out, it was user error—I wasn’t closing the door properly (there’s a middle flap that needs to be aligned straight). The tech was super helpful and showed me the right way to do it without making me feel dumb—though I definitely felt that way anyway 😂.
