I called ahead because the stone in my fiancé’s engagement ring had fallen out while she was helping her mother, the repair specialist couldn’t quote me over the phone, which was completely understandable, sometimes you have to see the damage before you can give a price, so I went in to have it repaired, the ring wasn’t damaged or broken in any way other than the prongs having been pulled slightly apart… the specialist had it fixed and the stone reset in 2 minutes and was an absolute sweetheart about helping me out, and since it was just the prongs being moved, she didn’t charge me for it… I am so so so happy for her help, I’ve been agonizing over the cost of the repair for months so I kept putting it off, I highly recommend Quick Fix to anyone needing jewelry repair, it looks good as new, almost better than...

This little shop is a gem! They are reputable, very knowledgeable, experienced, reasonable & quick. They also happen to be really nice people, too! If a stone or clasp comes loose, it's a lifesaver to be able to pop in & have it repaired on the spot. I've used them several times over the years for all kinds of things. Most recently I bought a VERY cheap costume ring online that didn't fit & waited too long to return. I didn't know what to do with it, so I popped by & it was such a great experience. First of all, they found it wasn't the size I actually ordered. The metal was too cheap to enlarge the band.
