BEWARE!!!! I strongly believe this restaurant purposely canceled our order because we used a 2 for 12.99 coupon on Footlongs! My family and I usually order take out here all the time, and we ALWAYS use the coupons in the paper ads sent in the mail. We have never had a problem before using our app to place orders with our coupons, but today at pickup time the employee tried to say that they didn't receive our order. After several minutes of debating how that was impossible because the app confrimed our order and provided us a pickup time. We showed them several screenshots of our order on the app along with the pickup time and also showed them a screenshot of where the money was taken out on our card (that we've used several times before with them). Their response was to blame us and keep telling us that there was nothing they could do, and said the money would return within 48 hours. They completely brushed us off and didn't even try to help us. Mind you, this restaurant was COMPLETELY DEAD at the time. There were no customers and no other pickups. We have come to the conclusion it was because we tried to use our coupon, so please beware of these people! They are not very nice and don't deserve your business!
EDIT (IN REPLY TO OWNER): Once again, we have NEVER experienced issues before using that card or using our app to order with your store so why yesterday was there an issue when the store was completely dead in customers? And upon arrival at pickup time, there seemed to be no issues present with your systems, nor did an employees mention problems on your end. I hope you understand that what you are trying to say definitely does not add up. The issue with our order is besides the fact. You and your team seriously lack and have such poor customer service skills. Never once did you try to nicely help us in the situation or offer to remake our order (that we would of paid AGAIN for). Instead your team treats customers awfully by coming off as unapproachable, being argumentative, and make us feel like we are being turned away. It felt almost as if you didn't want our business at all and a customer should never feel that way. I also seen a pervious review where you (the owner) were awful to a customer because they used a coupon, so I really hope you canceling our order for that reason is...
