Read moreWell we were having a bad, no good, horrible, Sh#ty day, and then I stumbled across this Italian Market "CapriFlavors". We were in the area @ Bass Pro Shops to waste some time for a delayed flight, lost luggage and pouring rain. We made our way down the shopping center stopping at each store until we walked into Capri Flavors. We walked in and talked to a gentleman named ANTONIO (THE MAN) and told him our issues we were having. I felt like I walked into and old Italian Home and NANA was there to make sure we were fed and happy. We bought some wine, dried meats, and desserts to try/ eat while we were wasting time. Everything we had was top notch authentic Italian. He helped pair us wines to our liking and broke bread (literally with homemade pesto) to eat with our meats and peppers and cheese. Antonio literally turned our day around 180. If you are looking for authentic Italian foods and items made in house like dried meats, wine, cheese, desserts this is the place you want to go. I would drive 100 miles just to come back here. Only thing is I wish I was closer. I own and operate an Italian food restaurant in Texas so you know I'm not just making this stuff up... When we had our espresso shots and were ready to leave, we walked out the door the sky opened up, the rain dissipated and the sun peaked out. We sat and talked for about an hour or so with Antonio while we were eating. He is really good people and a genuine guy that made us feel lies we were at home. IF YOU WANT TO SUPPORT A LOCAL SHOP PLEASE STOP BY HERE INSTEAD OF WAL-MART OR YOUR TYPICAL BIG NAME CHAIN GROCERY STORE, YOU WONT BE...

Being the son of an off the boat Italian immigrant as well as extension of the Ruffino wine family and chef! I know my Italian items. But what I was expecting with such incredibly kind, helpful, wonderful and professional help and service in Anthony Misso!! Forget about how wonderful products are, how reasonable the prices are and what a great store this is, Anthonyâs customer service is Olde school itâs something youâre really not gonna fine. Itâs a shame that I now live in Atlanta. However for my next trip north, I am going to make a serious detour and go visit Anthony at his wonderful store. Treat yourself to this market and fellowship.
