I got to this Mcdonald at 08:45 am. On my way to take my daughter to the airport. We were cutting it close but she wanted something to eat. I sat at the drive through for about 5 mins and no one tried to take my order so being on a tight schedule, I drove up to the window. A guy with dreads was standing there looking at me. I asked him if they were open and he said yes but I have to go back around if I wanted to order. I was upset but drove back around, In the line and gave him my order. My daughter gave him a code then we ordered two meals, 1 with ice coffee and one with regular coffee. At the window the same guy gave me a coffee, an ice coffee and an orange juice. I told him I didnt order an orange juice. He said it was his mistake the orange juice was for the other guest order, he didnt give me a receipt. We drove off but before we left the parking lot we checked our order and both sandwiches were wrong. My daughter went back inside to have them change the sandwiches. When she got back in the car we drove off being confident that our order was correct this time. When we got on I-40 we checked the order and the sandwiches were still wrong. She looked at the receipt on her phone that generated from the code she had given to him and we were charged for the sandwiches that we didnt get, 2 coffees (I got one and it was room temperature), 1 ice coffee and the orange juice that i didnt order. Since I was taking my daughter to the Airport and we were running late I decided to take the order back on my way back because we no longer wanted tge food. I went in and ask for the manager. He came up, I started explaining my frustration starting with the guy sending me back around to them giving me the wrong order twice. There were no apologies, he acted as if I was trying to get something for free. I told him that at this point I didnt want the order just a refund of the $20 plus they charged me. He said he needed the receipt that they didnt give me. I had a mobile receipt but conveniently he "could" find the receipt. I showed him the guy that sent me around the building and he verified that i did make the order. The manager told me he cannot find the receipt and acknowledged that they didn't give me one when they took my order but because he cannot find the receipt, he cannot give me a refund. I told him to keep the money and the food. The manager is outside of his depth. He has no customer service skills and is holding the wrong position. If i could have given a lower than one star I would have. I will never go back to this...
Read moreI have been to 3 different enterprise locations in less than 24 hours to pick up a car that was reserved by my insurance and this Cary location is by far the only one with the best service and professionalism. Our reservation was supposed to be at the Durham Chapelhill location (confirmed late last night) drove there this morning only to be told that (Emily at the Cary Location called to inform us) they changed it to Cary.
I was just too tired to argue and drove back to Cary (a waste of gas). I was so glad that they switched it to Cary because Emily (the representative) was so polite, calm, and professional! She gave us a great experience. Thanks, Emily, keep up your great attitude and...
Read moreThe parking lots a nightmare and the better fast food restaurants like Burger King and Chick-fil-A got screwed on their driveways there's hardly any signage for either one of them and the food's way better than the McDonald's at the entrance. wish something could be done about the Chick-fil-A parking lot cuz it sucks but the food is worth dealing with the chaos. Burger King has a better parking lot but you tend to forget it's there because it stuck over in the corner where you can't see it just like the Wendy's they seriously need to step up their game with their signs yes we know Bass pro shops is there it's obvious but the other signs are so small it's hard...
