I can't give a review on the quality of the smoothies because I was unable to get any products after calling ahead of time to ask if it was too late to put in an order and being told no, it was not too late but when I walked up to the door literally one minute later bc I was in the parking lot, the door was locked and the young person who was working behind the counter saw myself and my child at the locked door but there was no acknowledgement or movements to come unlock the door even though it was about 10 minutes before their closing time which is why I called ahead of time to specifically ask if it was too late so if you're able to tell me no it's not too late to put in an order then I feel the appropriate thing to do would have been to walk over and unlock a door to at least say something if your sign is flashing indicating that you're still open and you verbally confirmed over the phone that I'm still able to order rather than cause me to waste time coming up to a locked door with a young child at night. That's just so upsetting, frustrating and contradicting especially to have to explain to a 4 year old why the young man or woman wouldn't open the door but looked right at us. And please train your staff to provide better instructions or practice common courtesy rather than ask me how the experience could be improved next time because I've no intention on returning, it would not be a good experience to return to this particular location to be serviced by those same young...
Read moreMy first time coming to this location and I wasn't pleased at all. I ordered on the app and when I arrived there was not a single employee in the front. I had to call their number, from inside the store so someone knew I was there. Whoever I talked to seemed very nonchalant. 2 employees come up and one asks me what was my order. They should've already knew what I ordered. I was the only one in the store. I told her and the other employee started making my order. I only ordered a smoothie. The reason why i ordered in the app was so i wouldn't have to wait. When my smoothie was done I got a Ghirardelli chocolate for the wait which was really nice. Walked to the car and took one slip and my smoothie was disgusting. I took one more slip to make sure I and I was right, didn't taste right. I walked right back in and told them it didn't taste right and they made me a new one. They were apologetic. Read morePathetic management. Rude behaviour. I had placed an online delivery order for lunch. The tropical smoothie application used Doordash as their delivery partner. The delivery man forgot my smoothie at the store and brought everything else. I tried to explain him to get my smoothie but he hardly understood English. I called the restaurant and asked them to hold my smoothie asking to pick up after my work at 4 p.m. I did go to the store to pick it up and the employee whom I talked with understood I had come for the smoothie. The manager interrupted from nowhere and started to ask if I had any receipt and they received 2000 orders during the day and stuff.
